How Switzerland Clinics handles the information patients share with us, and the Swiss framework that sits behind it.

Medical confidentiality
Swiss medical confidentiality is protected under criminal law and extends to the fact of treatment, not only its content. Every clinic in our network operates under this framework, and we apply the same standard to all information shared with us before and around treatment.
Information we collect
Where a consultation is requested, we collect the contact details and health information voluntarily provided. Health information is shared only with clinics being considered for that patient, and only with explicit consent.
Information we do not collect
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Nothing is collected from a visit alone; only a submitted consultation request creates a record.
Retention and rights
In live operation, enquiry records are retained only as long as the concierge relationship requires. Patients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time.
